Acceptance

Accepting is an act of Love. Often the fact that we are unique and unrepeatable brings other realities around us to want to change us!

It is essential to respect ourselves and accept us for who we are, with all our characteristics!

Love

In order to truly love one's neighbor it is important to love oneself, without this Love and respect relationships and situations in imbalance can arise.

Love builds, hate destroys: We feed what makes us feel good!

Listen

There is an inner voice that speaks to us and constantly asks us for things, warns us and asks for attention but we are often distracted by what happens around us and we do not listen or question it.

Listening "interested" is a great act of Love and attention to us and to our neighbour.

Beauty is everywhere but you need to find out what we like and make us feel good!

Be awake and aware of everything around us:
a cloud, a lawn, a shadow, an intricate web of spider, the clock that marks 11:11, a well-prepared place, a touching letter, a gentle gesture and much more.

The first step is simply taking the time to notice!
